It is established beyond any doubt that everyone has their preferred reaction when they deal with a mistake that is made by teachers or leaders in groups. The controversial question which arises here is what we should do when we face this situation. As far as I'm concerned I would correct the mistake during the class.

To begin with, one should take into account the fact that if teachers or leaders make any mistakes and don't notice their mistakes, students cannot trust them again and they listen to them doubtfully since that time. While if we raise our hand and correct they mistake not only provide a situation for them to correct their mistake and apologize but also don't let other students make a negative concept about their teacher or leader. I have a compelling experience that demonstrates this fact obviously. I had a competent physics teacher in high school. although he was so lettered, Some times he made some slight mistakes. One time that he told something wrong about newton rule and no one didn't correct his mistake. As a result, students faced with a dilemma whether they attend in his class or not. Had did I correct his mistake, I would have helped others to don't make bad concepts.

Another remarkable reason that by correcting the mistakes we help other people to learn better. Because of that mistake, others may become confused and we must prevent this misunderstanding. My notion on this fact has been profoundly influenced by my personal experience. when I was a child I enrolled in an English class and in one section our teacher made a rudimentary mistake during his speech. abruptly, I raise my hand and noticed him about his mistake so the mistake was corrected. While if I didn't correct that mistake other students who didn't become aware may use this wrong structure in their speaking. I not only corrected a wrong sentence at that time but also prevent some probable mistakes which may students made.

in conclusion, I strongly believe that we should notice our teacher or leader at the time when they make any mistakes because students make negative points about their teacher in their mind and cannot trust them again also we help them to learn better.
