Some people like to keep a record of their own experiences by uploading pictures and other information to social-networking sites. Other people prefer not to create such records.Which approach do you prefer, and why?

With the rapid advance of technology and economy, social networking has been increasingly attached importance to by modern dwellers, playing an indispensable part in daily life, including exposure to information, interaction with intimate friends or colleagues and even the accomplishment of business agendas. While some get more accustomed to uploading pictures or other private information online, others regard this as a threat to disturb their life. From my perspective, the merits of this approach outweigh its counterpart.

Initially, social networking is easier to record one’s daily life, which is beneficial to fulfilling individual life. For one thing, owing to boosted development in corresponding service, mobile phones bear the potential to keep traces of life to the utmost. For instance, when taking a visit to Los Angeles for Christmas, tourists are allowed to take photos of such spectacular scenes in Santa Monic Beach or even shoot a video clip about fantastic tours in Universal Studio. With a single click operation, these sources would be uploaded into cloud where information is safely stored. For another, friends and family members are supposed to enjoy the same experiences by browsing one’s online records, thus strengthening interpersonal relationships. Under this circumstance, keeping records online serves as a medium to store and share personal experiences.

Additionally, keeping records online is conducive to spreading useful information as a whole. Specifically, it’s quite convenient for individuals especially teachers or company managers to upload a series of documents in online disks where students or staff are inclined to download essential materials. Accordingly to a survey conducted by Sina Weibo, after polling hundreds of teachers in the Beijing from different schools, a significant percentage of respondents claim that their students are likely to download relevant materials whenever they are if class notes, test samples and even specific experiments in the disk related to their Facebook account are stored, which spurs students to copy educational materials soon.

Admittedly, keeping records like identification number online, it would give others access to fetch such private information, giving rise to potential identify theft. Nevertheless, as long as people are prone to enhance the awareness of confidentiality, the issue will be addressed. Without sharing sensitive information, online posts render one’s life more fun by making comments under each status post, which bonds friends together. In conclusion, it’s favorable to share information online, considering the contributions to more convenience and the delivery of useful information to benefit others.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
