Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
In this day and age of modernization, plenty of people use social media and allocate a big portion of their daytime on that. In this regard, an overwhelming majority of people believe they should not create records of their life on social media; meanwhile, others hold the opposite viewpoint. I, personally, utterly agree with the latter group for two main reasons, on which I will elaborate in the following essay.
To begin with, by uploading pictures and information to social media, people can achieve their objective in life.
To be more specific, social media set the stage for people to be connected with no limitation. In this vein, people can write comments under others' posts and express their feeling, which can inculcate the sense of confidence in the owner of the post. This feature is extremely advantageous when people get tired in their way of success, and they required a motivation to fuel their ambition. In this line of thought, imagine a student who studied for the TOEFL test and shared his efforts by posting them on Instagram. Someday, when he became disappointed of getting a brilliant mark, sorrowing, he opened Instagram and embarked on reading comments below his posts. Most of them were regarding how he speaks so native-like and a bunch of people want to be as fluent as him. This incident made him feel exhilarated and built up his confidence again aiding him to get back on track, and eventually, he got 111 out of 120 which is an excellent score. Had he not shared his experiences on Instagram, he would not have been able to pass the TOEFL test.
Another noteworthy point is that sharing experiences on social media would aid readers to a great extent in their life. Vividly, individuals have a limited time, so they need the precious treasury of others' experiences. Therefore, sharing what is happening to them, people can change others' life because they do not have to squander their invaluable time on gaining the same experiences. In this regard, social media provide people with a golden opportunity of connection, which can be used for sharing. For example, I can recall my first year as a student in Toronto. I had not ever been to Toronto, so everything was new to me made me scared because I am a totally introverted person and cannot ask others. One day, I found one of the senior students’ Facebook page, who shared all of his experiences about his first days as students in Toronto. That page was a life-saver because it assisted me to do not waste my time and reduce my stress in the process of adapting to a new city.
In conclusion, sharing experiences on social media is a helpful act. This is because not only can the owner of experiences be benefited from that, but also readers would use that them to do not squander their time.
