The lecture and the passage mainly discuss one biologic term called endotherm and consider it in . The author states that dinosaurs are not endotherm and the lecturer refuses this idea.

First the author claims that finding the fossils in polar area is a good evidence but lecturer claims that those days, polar areas where warmer than today.

Secondly author believes that haversian which there exist in fossilized bone indicates that dinosaurs are endotherm the lecturer contradicts by saying that there is some rings in the fossilized bones which shows that the rate of the growth in the cold periods is slower than before.

Finally the lecturers states that there is no connection between the endothermy and the position of the legs, because the position of dinosaurs legs, make this possible that stand giant bodies and having a giant body is an advantage for them, and by this reason, disputes the idea of author.
