The lecture and the article are both about silver coins Which discovered in the united states. The teacher says that these coins have genuine historical evidence. However, the reading opposes this concept for the following reasons.

First of all, the trouble with the distance between America and Europe. The lecturer mentions that it is really the distance between America and Europe so great but that is not mean the Norse could not bring the subject with them.e The reading asserts that the Norse did not bring these coins because the Europa is too far.

Secondly, the issue of no other coins found. The professor says that if the coins limit, that not mean the Norse did not use it. Also, he mentions that the Norse always were traveling to Europe and America. They brought many subjects with them besides the coins when the back to America. Although, The reading disagrees with this concept.

Finally, the problem of using coins. the professor says that these coins were very valuable for the Norse. they brought them and used them when they return to Europa. Moreover, he says that they might use the coins in making necklaces because of the
