working 4 days in week instead of 5 days

Essay topics:

working 4 days in week instead of 5 days

The article states that, working four days per week would cause positive effects for company like economic benefits, and increase of quality of employees. Whereas, the professor believe the exact opposite by stating some reasons.

Firstly, the reading claims that, by working four days companies benefit going to increase so, they will face fewer financial problems. The professor refuse this point by saying that four day of working Force Company to spend more money. Because the company should spend money on health benefits and even new computer which cost more than paying employees to work 5 days per week.

Secondly, the article posits, the primary benefits of offering a four day working would reduce unemployment races. However the professor says that by working four days may companies expectation would increase .As a matter of fact employees should work over times to work four days with the quality of working five days .

Thirdly, the reading claims that, employees could afford lower salary but they can spend more time with their families, or they can do their private stuff. However the professor opposes this point by explaining that more free time in personal life may be harmful for their career and they can’t get a chance to improve their career because companies would past over the promotion to those who works 5 day in week as a result they may lose this opportunity as well.
