Plastic money is replacing physical currency quickly from the market. Some people argue that card will predominantly take place over physical money. Others argue that it's physical money always be there in the market. This essay will suggest that the biggest advantage after the introduction of the card is that individuals do not have to carry currency and security threat is the primary disadvantage.

After financial institutions inducted a card in the market, It has innumerable benefits. However, first and foremost is that individual can roam hassle-free without any headache of carrying currency. For instance, Data presented by Central Bank of India and it shows that the graph shows that online transaction payments have increased drastically compare to the previous quarter.

Despite these advantages, a major security threat associated with the users. There is a major drawback that nowaday smart technical thieves are hovering in the market and they can easily do cloning of these cards. Therefore, they steal the whole money of your card either by withdrawing online or from ATM at one go. For example, According to a report from American Express, one of the biggest credit card company due to fraud in America millions of rupees have been stolen from people account.

In conclusion, card facilitate individual innumerable benefits, however, people have to be vigilant and cautious at the same time to avoid any risk.
