Dear sir,
I am Harry a regular customer of your restaurant. I always loved the food of your restaurant unlikely this time when I visited your hotel with my family on the occasion of my parent's wedding anniversary. I am writing this letter to bring your concern on the poor food and services offered in your hotel these day.
As I mentioned earlier, it was my parent's marriage anniversary on 22nd of April, so we went to 'Thali of India', the best restaurant as I thought. The wait staff was really not interested in serving us. we kept on seating for ten minutes then someone came to take our order, Although there was not much rush that day. we ordered dal makhni and kadai paneer with indian bread as a main course items. Even though we mentioned to keep the spices mild, the meal was unbearably spicy. The taste of your restaurant dishes never tasted like this earlier, whether it was the impact of your new chef or the dishes were not fresh. when we asked waiter to provide us high chair for our kid, he refused by saying that all such chairs are busy. In addition when we asked for extra sausages and napkin, we were amazed to hear that we need to pay extra money for them as well.
I just want you to train your staff some guest managing etiquettes and I hope in this highly competitive environment you believe your customers as your valuable assets. If the quality of food remains same, I bet that your restaurant will lose its charm soon hence please try to improve the quality of food.
