The given piechart illustrates the percentage of everyday intake of sodium, saturated fat and added sugar in different times of a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) by an average person in the United States of America, however increased consumption of these nutrients can have negative impacts on their health.

Overall, people of United States of America prefer to have a breakfast which are lesser in the above mentioned unhealthy nutrients. Sodium and saturated fat is found in greater quantitiy during dinner, with sugar during snack time.

In breakfast all unhealthy additives are low (around 14% - 16%) compared to the other meals of the day. Meals eated at dinner might considerably have the detrimental impact on the people health as it has 43% of sodium, 37% of saturated fat and 23% added sugar.

Snacks relatively have lesser sodium and saturated fat - 14% and 21% respectively, and constitutes the maximum amount of added sugar 42%. In lunch individuals have food with nutrients which contribute little above quarter (29% and 26% in order) in sodium and saturated fat and relatively less than a quarter (19%) in added sugar.
