In general, the demand of several products during winter are similar. On the other hand, the discrepancy of demand between hot coffee and iced coffee are very large.
During winter, hot coffee reaches the highest demand, with more than 75 items sold on daily average. Besides, daily sales for soup, ice cream, and salad are 50, 26, and 25 portion, respectively. People are not interested to consume iced coffee during winter, as it can be seen that it is less than 5 servings every day. Conversely, iced coffee is quite popular during hot season, which is bought around 40 cups per day. In addition, the consumption for ice cream, hot coffee, are 35 and 30 cups, whereas soup and salad share the same number of items sold, 25 portions.
To sum up, people like to purchase more hot coffee on cold days and consume less iced coffee on hot days in the Vista Cafe.
