Availability of a market is known as an important factor for all people. This factor is comprise of different variable like, traffic problem, bus general transport means, nearing and so other. Site S2 is located in the center of city and in a no traffic zone that make it more attractive than other site for people in addition accessibility of this site to rail way is also adequate and this fact make these site appropriate for countryside people. In other site S2 in comprise to S1 is nearer to two great city Brandon and Cranston with on the whole 44000 population, so make super market popular and create more benefit. Therefore According to clients’ needs and supplier benefits, site S2, is more useful and acceptable rather than S1.
