Hope you are doing well. We had met on our flight from Paris to New Delhi on the 15th of March. I must say, thanks to your company those 9 hours passed by like a blink of eye. I am writing this letter with regard to the possible job opening you had mentioned in one of your restaurants in Mumbai.
As was mentioned earlier, I have done my MBA in finance and marketing and have had a work experience as a manager for over 9 years with a hotel in New Delhi. My role as a manager here involves to ensure that all the guests are well taken care of and to monitor that the employees are doing their work as is expected from them. I am responsible for any customer complaints or grievances that may arise. Therefore, it would be highly appreciated if you could offer me a similar profile at your restaurant.
Since it has been almost a decade working at the current place, I was any way looking for a change of job. Mumbai is my birth place and my entire family is based there. Thus, it makes me more than willing to relocate to the city. My past work experience would also prove beneficial at the job considering the fact that it is almost the same line of business.
I would be eagerly waiting for a positive response.
