A friend has written to you asking for advice about a problem at work. You have had a similar problem in the past.
Write a reply to your friend. In your letter:
 Tell your friend you understand the problem
 Explain what happened to you in the past
 Suggest possible solutions to the problem

Dear Rose,
I received your mail yesterday and it was nice to hear from you after a long while. The letter stated your complain about the problems which you are encountering at your workplace and I felt obliged that you have asked my recommendation regarding the same.
I am well-acquainted with the fact that working as a team is quite challenging because of some annoying colleagues as they are always trying to let you down. Office politics is not an exception for any employee as I have also been the victim of this kind of situation.
You would remember that I left my previous job at HCL in hassle and the reason behind was one of my subordinates who made wrong allegations on me. There was some problem in office for which I was being blamed as he manipulated the senior with his sugar-coated words. I was quite pissed off at that time.
However, when I complained the HR department, solution was in hand, but it was unsatisfactory. Therefore, I jumped onto the next opportunity which gave me fine career. I would also recommend you to go for communication first. Still, if no measure is found, then switching the company is not at all a bad option as it would mean exploring new realms of your profession.
Hope this suggestion would take away your worry and try to stay calm for thinking out wisely.
Yours truly,
Mary.
