The issue of whether or not people are entitled to have guns has grown in importance over the past few decades. Some individuals are of the view that guns must be banned from ordinary citizens. I completely agree with this opinion and this essay will discuss why this law is beneficial.
Firstly, there is no doubt that the crime rate will be increased in society, if firearms are allowed. Accidental and intentional murders in such societies are more than others where the guns are not permitted. For instance, in the US the number of offences associated with guns is on the rise in comparison with Iran. Moreover, children and those who do not have enough knowledge about weapon are exposed to dangers because it is more likely that they wound or kill themselves accidentally.
Secondly, for importing or producing a large number of guns should be allocated lots of expenditure. Therefore, it is reasonable that the government and authorities invest this finance in pressing matter like employment and welfare and just a limited sector of this should be devoted to military services like guns.
It is my firm conviction that the availability of guns is the main factor to provoke people to commit crimes. Psychological research shows that gun ownership has the potential to shoot and kill an innocent person when he is angry.
Overall, it can be said that although the military should carry guns, the law of prohibiting guns should be enforced in the societies for ordinary people because of security and maintaining financial resources.
