Dear Mr Srikanth,
I am Ravi, a member of your club at Northwood Street, Santa Clara. I am writing this letter to discontinue my association with your club.
I have visited your club a year ago with my nephew and considered to join your club in last April. I have taken a Platinum membership and as there was a seasonal discount running that time, have paid my membership fee through Axis Bank Credit card.
Badminton was always my favourite sport since childhood, personalized coaching in the centre helped me achieve a professional level in this sport. Secondly, Themed swimming pool became my best place to relax after a perspiring racket game.
I have to soon leave Santa Clara due to my work-related commitments. Furthermore, as there is no subsidiary of your club in my new location, I am left with no other option than to discontinue my membership here.
Thank you once again for the thrilling experience I had at the club.
