Dear Mr. Wang,
I am writing to request your attention about the fact that there is a huge number of rubbish on our community street recently . The dirt not only bring negative influence on the living environment, but also possible to cause health issues.
we used to have a clean street where each rubbish bin was emptied and washed before morning . but everything has changed since last year local council decided to replace all rubbish bins so that we can seperate different categories of wastes . it was supposed to benefical for community , but I do not know why until now , the new rubbish bin still not installed . As a result, people throw waste everywhere .
Those homemade wastes have untolerate smell and it already influence our normal life . there are a lot of flies and mosquitos around the rubbish which will make people easily to get sick . In my opinion there is no people like the dirty street instead of clean one .
we need to install the new rubbish bins as soon as possible. If there is some financial issue to cause we cant set all rubbish bins at one time.Then we can put the old one back at least to keep the dirt .
