Dear Yagnika,
Just writing this letter to say thank you to be agree to look after my house while I'm on the summer vacation and I want to give some details about my house, some important household chores and trip.
First thing is, I'm going to visit Mumbai city with my family for three days from 29th May in this summer holidays. Also, we will visit one of the UNESCO world heritage site named Elephanta island, that is one of the number of island in the Mumbai harbour.
Other thing is, my house is located in the outskirts of Ahmadabad city which is in the east of the intersection of Main road and Airport road. My house is easily identified as it is surrounded by magnificent garden and it is two storey building. When you enter in the house, modern kitchen is in the left side of main entrance and in the right side, living room is there. On the first floor, you can find three bedrooms.
What's more, I would like to make you aware about some important things. Firstly, a garbageman will come on every Tuesday and Thursday to segregate wastes. So, please be punctual in emptying the bin otherwise overflowing will occur. Secondly, maid will be there at 9 o'clock everyday to clean house. Therefore, try to stay at home at that time.
