Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to bring to your kind notice about my apprehensions to continue my job in your esteemed organization.
I had been a part of this company from past 8 years;ever since you picked me up through campus hiring. My husband is serving as a Brigadier in the Indian Army and last month only he got his transfer orders. In such a scenario, it will be difficult for me to continue my services with you as the entire family has to move by the end of September 2020.
The time that I have spent here, the family-knit culture of the organization, the core values that we always imbibe in our behavior, the unconditional support of the promoters and moreover the learning that I have experienced is beyond comparison. This job has not only helped me in acquiring team skills, problem solving skills, client relationship, the power of networking but also working under pressure, learning from mistakes, meeting deadlines and exceeding the customers’ requirements. It is really painful to say good bye to such an organization which has really transformed me into an effective individual. I am grateful to you for always showing me the directions.
I request you to please issue me a letter of reference as I shall be needing the same while applying for jobs at the new place.
