Dear Dean,
My name is Samvedna Puri, student of short term 'Personality Development' course at your institution. I am inscribing this epistle to apprise you regarding my unableness to attend the classes in evening batch. This is because, i am also recruited as fully time employee in an organisation and work commitments are not allowing to continue the class.
Since, it has been 10 months working as Audit Inspector in Cooperative Department and as per the head office policy every employee has to under go a training sessions after completion of above said period. Therefore, i am also being transferred to another city for 30 days to be the part of programme as this opportunity is very imperative for my job career which can not be avoided at any cost.
It would be highly appreciable if you could inform me with the schedules of upcoming batches and timings. Moreover, i would feel grateful if the already paid fee could
be adjusted in next in take.
I anticipate a prompt and positive response from your side as per your earlier convenience.
Your Faithfully,
Samvedna Puri.
