Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complaining you about that I received a letter from your bank and tell me that my account is overdrawn $240 and that charged $70. that information is incorrect.
I am shaimoon Hossain. I am a savings account holder at your bank. I have a loan when i brought my new car. So, every month I have to $500 for this purpose. But last month I sold the car to a garage owner and transfer the loan to him. I also give notice to your bank about it.
Unfortunately, this month you overdrawn $310 from my account. when I call to inquiry about it. they told me that, last month I did not pay me loan amount that why they charged me. it is very injustice to me after I gave notice to your bank.
Please, take necessary attention about this matter and return the money to my account. also, give your employees enough warning that this does not in the future.
