Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. It is to inform you that, my exams are scheduled to start from mid January, which is 15 days from today. However, it will be very difficult for me to focus on my studies. As there is so much nuisance being caused by my room mate.
Let me explain you in detail. My room partner is always late and has been seen partying with his friends, on various occasions. Moreover, on numerous occasions I have tried to inform him, but it hasn't been useful. Initially, I had tried to ignore this matter, but quiet recently, I have witnessed my room mate having drugs with his friends.
Therefore, it is requested to look into this matter and conduct an official inquiry to resolve this matter. Moreover, I have gathered sufficient evidence to support my point and if possible, I should be allotted a separate room or change my room mate.
