Dear Sir,
I am penning down this epistle to inform you about my unavailability for attending the skiing course which was advertised in Time of Canada on 20th September.
Firstly, I would like to tell you know that being an adventure sport lover, I was very excited to join this basic level snowboarding course to learn the right skills of ski down the snowy mountain.
As the duration of course was 30 days begging from 1st august to 30th August. I was not able to complete my entire course due to some social commitments which I have to fulfill during that time. My parents are coming from India on 20th august therefore I have to pick up them from airport on their arrival date which is 20th august. Due to this I would not be available for the course. I have made full payment by cheque. My cheque no: MQ345.
Lastly, I would be very grateful to you if you could return my course fee. I would be obliged if you look into the matter personally and arrange my refund at earliest. My account number is AIE22.
