You saw a brochure for a one-week walking tour in the mountains. You're very interested in taking part, but you're not very fit and are worried you wouldn't be able to keep up. Write to the tour operator. In your letter:
• Explain why you're interested in the tour.
• Ask for information about dates and prices.
• Express your concerns about your fitness level.

Dear Sir,
I am writing to this letter to inquire about your offered one-week tour in the mountains. Let me explain myself in more details. My name is Jack Smith. Recently, I saw your brochure about this excursion and I am considering enrolling myself with you for many reasons. Firstly, I was looking for a suitable exercising tour to join to restore my fitness. Secondly, I am fond by mountain scenes and wondering in natural environment.

I would like to inform about the different programs of the trip and the prices. Additionally, I need to know the proposed time for the trip, the dates and the venue for gathering before travelling. Furthermore, the expected track of the journey if possible. In order to, check my calendar and decide on a suitable date for me.

Another important note I am wondering about. Recently, I experienced a car accident and ended up suffering from a broken arm and some injuries in my leg. Right now, I am 100% cured but, I am not supposed to exhaust my self for extended periods of time or carry any loads on my back. Correspondingly, I am wondering if I would me able to coup with the other contestants and the trip program. I am looking forward to hearing from you about my questions.
Your faithful,
Jack Smith
