Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. Recently, I had an opportunity to visit your restaurant, situated in Bahadurabad. I had heard some great reviews and feedback about your restaurant, but I was utterly disappointed with the service and quality of food served.
Let me explain you further. As, it was my parent's wedding anniversary and I had decided to give them a surprise. So, I had planned to visit your restaurant. Sadly, the occasion was ruined due to slow service of staff. Moreover, beef steak wasn't cooked properly. However, we had specifically informed about the level of steak, which was required. We had also lodged a complaint against the quality of food and service of your staff, but it seemed like your staff was least bothered to listen our concerns and cater them.
Therefore, it is requested to initiate an inquiry to resolve the issue. So that in future these issues aren't faced. Moreover, I would like to suggest to initiate training for your staff, so that they are aware of their responsibilities. Hopefully, in future situation will change and standards will improve.
