Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Nowadays, in the industry 4.0 era, people have been concerning about technology and finance. It is believed that historical knowledge had been unvalued for our modern life. In my opinion, I strongly disagree with this point.

It is understandable why knowledge about history had been devalued. The key rationale in favor of this view is that many people do not know the importance of history in the life of human being. The next reason is teaching methods of history in the school curriculum. A huge number of students think this subject is tedious and the lecture is really bland. However, history has an essential role to play in several fields, namely architecture, technology, and education. For instance, we inherited much knowledge from our forefather and improve it, such as in our recent life, smartphones are developed from mobile phones. In addition, I ensure that if students try to focus on history subject, they will realize that history is really interesting and really useful for themselves.

Moreover, history also plays a vital role in the finance field of each country. Tourists always have a natural curiosity, thus, they are eager to explore new things. Therefore, if a country has a long and interesting history, it means that there is a substantial number of historical monuments and ancient building in their country. China perfectly exemplifies this situation. Every year, a dramatic number of tourists is attracted by Chinese history and synonymous structure such as the Great Wall, so they receive huge profit from tourism field. Therefore, it is a big mistake if historical knowledge is diminished.

In conclusion, historical knowledge is the backbone thing in each country because it affects many fields such as architecture, technology, education, and especially tourist.
