do you agree or disagree with the following statement? To improve the quality of education, universities should spend more money on salaries for university professors.

It is established beyond any doubt that education has a vital role in people's life. Contemporary human lives in a sophisticated word and needs appropriate education to become successful. Some people believe that universities should increase the professor's salaries to increase the quality of their teaching. While others don't think so. If I were to choose, I would definitely enhance their salary and I will explore my reasons in the following essay.

To begin with, one should take into account the fact that increasing the professor's income causes them to enhance their motivation so they can teach efficiently. Actually, money is the best motivation for people in all jobs and raises their performance extremely. people with high salaries don't have any financial problems so they can focus on their job and exert all of their energy to complete it as well as they can. My notion on this fact has been profoundly influenced by my personal experience. Following my graduation, I was hired in a company. At first, my salary was middle but if I worked hard, they would raise my salary so I tried my best to have a better income and It was the best encouragement for all employe because of the improper economic situation and economic stagnation in our country, all of us needed money to make a well-suited life.

Another remarkable reason is that by high salary, professors can reduce their stress and tension as a result, they can teach without any anxiety. In contemporary world, money has a crucial role in people's lives and it can work out all problems wich anybody face with and it is a significant fact that professors need a free mind to teach students and if they face with a variety of problems in their life they not only feel stress but also never able to teach students well. So for an efficient education system with high quality, we need healthy professors and we should provide all amenities for them. My uncle who is a professor is a compelling example and demonstrates this fact well. A few years ago my cousin suffered from bad blood cancer. So he needed money for his curative activities. While my uncle could not afford to buy his drags because of their implausible price so when he went to the class he could not teach well. Had he had sufficient income, he would teach without any anxiety.

In conclusion, I strongly believe that enhancing the professor's income can raise their performance because they can teach with a free mind and also money can encourage them to apply better teaching methods.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
