Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
It is better to live in one town or city all your life than to move from one place to another.
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
When a person is facing the problem of settlement, they have two options to choose from. They can either stay in a city for their whole life or move from one place to another. I believe changing the town over the course of life would be a better choice. Through moving from areas, one can gain enough knowledge and experience that might be impossible to obtain if stayed stationary. Additionally, they can make new friends and expands their acquaintance circle.
To begin with, I genuinely have the opinion that switching between multiple cities during life can have positive effects on the dwellers' cultural and mental status. As the environment they live in it has different characteristics, they will learn new methods to cope with the hindrances they face. I can recall an experience that is a compelling example of this. I was living in my hometown, Kerman, for almost all my life until I have got admitted to a university in the Isfahan. Through moving to a new city and living in the Isfahan, I have learned how to cook, wash my dirty clothes, and basically to live independently and on my own. Moreover, I understood that life will not always go in the same path I desire. As a result, I managed to handle my emotional and financial problems gracefully. That is why I think changing the cities will help people to become mentally mature and gain experiences, which would be impossible in other scenarios.
Furthermore, I believe changing the city will help a person to make new friends. Sometimes it is essential to get out of the comfort zone to push yourself beyond your limit. Getting out of your comfort zone, which is most of the time the place you live in, can coerce you to make new friends. For instance, when I moved to Isfahan, I did not have any friends or family there. Consequently, it forced me to make new ones, which are now my life-long friends. Additionally, you may encounter your one and only! I found my girlfriend in Isfahan, the girl who changed my life forever.
To Conclude, I am of the opinion that moving from a place to another can be beneficial. A person can attain knowledge and experiences that will be conducive to their personal and professional life. Besides that, they can make new friends and expand their social network, which in turn has a positive impact on their state of well-being. think

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
