Question :Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
It is often not a good thing for people to move to a new town or country because they lose their old friends.
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

It is generally assumed that being in a place or a town or even your country for the entire of life plays a paramount role to make friends. That having been considered, whether changing place make us to lose our old friend or not has always been a much-debated argument. Despite the argument asserts that change your hometown makes lose close and dear friends, I believe otherwise, maintaining that new location may be offered more opportunities and with improving technology can keep our touch with friends.

First and most obvious, we cannot lose sight of the fact that, change our current location and moving to another place could be introduced us more opportunities to grow. Strictly speaking, go another town or country is not always a bad thing, and even makes us more productive and more inspired person. To make this point clear, the best example that fits in this argument is, when someone immigrates to another country to study a new subject, this chance opens new doors for a person to change their life in a positive way. Therefore, it goes without saying that change location in order to find a new perspective and new opportunity is good and since moving to a new place, you can make new friends.

Another equally important point to consider is, with breakthroughs in science and technology, moving and immigrating to another site is not a challenge anymore. In essence, people could be in touch with old friends and families. For the purpose of illustration, let’s consider the issue of, there are several applications that someone be able to make video calls with, and be in touch with a friend. As a result, changing location is not a challenge in current years.

In the final analysis, although some might contend that a new place make you lose old friend, I take issue with them and I believe this mindset is nothing but a tunnel vision that fails to consider the importance of advancement in technology and a better chance to progress in a new place. In the grand scheme of things, it behooves people to do anything for themselves to make better life even if this means leaving their hometown and their friends, however with new applications we can always keep our contact with our besties.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
