TPO-29 - Independent Writing Task Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? To improve the quality of education, universities should spend money on salaries university professors. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Because knowledge has become the most important factor that builds the path of success for everyone, people all hope and dream about to study in a university, which is the place that educates people. There are also some arguments on whether universities should increase the professor's salary in order to improve the quality of its academics or not. From my point of view, regardless of how generous the professors are, the salary also has numerous impact on the quality of the university.

To begin with, the salary is one of the crucial keys that appeals to people when they decide what to major in. Also, even though how much passionate the person is in a specific field, they have to do another work to earn enough money to live. I think that is the reason why everyone interested in computer science because it is the highest salary job throughout the world. For example, in my country, because teachers earn below average, only the ones who have no choice rather than teacher choose this major. It is awful and also not that beneficial for both the country and the future generations. As you can see, the quality of a university depends on the professors, and they depend on the salary.

Furthermore, as I mentioned before because the high-qualified professors are rare, universities are competing to hire them. I think if the professors need to make a choice between two different universities, they would probably prefer the one with a high salary because the most working environment of the universities have only a slight difference. Moreover, in fact, the private universities and high schools have enough money to hire a best teachers and professors, most students who graduated from there are likely to succeed because they get more intense knowledge than rest of the people. As an illustration, the popular universities in the world are almost all private such as Stanford, Harvard, MIT and so on.

All in all, the salary is also have a great effect on the quality of the educational institute. In my opinion, the pros of making the professors' salary high considerably outweigh the cons of it.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
