Workers are more satisfied when they have many different types of tasks to do during the workday than when they do similar tasks all day long.
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

There are various jobs each of which involves workers with different tasks. Generally workers are more satisfied when they do different works during the job than when just do similar tasks all the day long because not only does it make them a less boring job, but also it increases their experiences and talents in different fields.
The first reason that can be stated here is that doing different tasks during the workday is some kind of variety for workers. Do various activities, workers become less boring, while if they do all days a repetitive work, they will be exhausted and bored, so when workers do various activities, they will be more satisfied. For example, consider a building designer who designs structures in office. If he just sits at the computer all the days and design, after a while he will be tired then his energy will decline. On the contrary, if he sometimes acts as supervisor in building workplace, it would be a variety for him. He sometimes designs on the office and sometimes works in building workplace.
The second point that deserves some words here is that when employees do different tasks on the job, they can enhance their ability and experiences. Consider a worker that do a specific work every day. There is nothing new for him, but if try various activities in his job, he can get more experiences in different fields related to his job. Getting more experts in the job would definitely satisfy workers because they found their time more useful. For instance, consider the designer. If he works all days on the computer on the design of structures, he will be professional on one field; while, if he works on workplace beside of his designing, he can attain experience on both design and structural supervisor, so he learns more and he would be happier about that.
To summarize, workers prefer to have various activities in their workplace. It makes a less boring job for them, and it will help them to increase their abilities and experiences in more fields. Who do you think to prefer to do one task in his job?

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
