because modern life is very complex it is essential to have the ability to plan and organize
Despite all the benefits modern life has brought about to our lives, it makes some situation so complex that to achieve goals, one needs to have the ability to plan and organize his way. I cling to this standpoint for two main reasons, which I will elucidate in the following essay.
To begin with, people nowdays are facing an anormouse body of information most of which may make them deviate from their own predefined way. To shed more light on the issue, in the past individuals only live their own lives, and regarding to their inner voice led their lives, which acually was very helpful. people nowadays, in contrast, have had access to a diverse array of information offerd by modern lives that may dim their inner voice, and choose their ways based on some wrong information. Thus, if one has a predefined plan and be loyal to it, he will be less likely to sheer from his way.
Second, during the process of human beings evolutionary, most aspects of human life including social relationships, the way of subsistence, and to name but a few has undergone a lot of changes. Hence, one needs to have the ability to adapt his plan to the complexity of modern life so that he could better achieve his goals; otherwise would be eliminated by the competitors in any given realm. For a tangible example, consider a manager owning a tissue company. If the manager was not skillful in planning and organizing his systems, he would induce this irregularity to the employees. They will not take serious the system's goal and lose their passion for being innovative. This will, in turn, leads to weak products devoid of any creativity and potential to grab the market. As a result, the business will soon fail.
To put all in a nutshell, considering all the aforementioned points, I firmly believe that people should attain the ability of efficient planning and organizing. I believe so because not only does it help them to be loyal to their goals and not distracted by other information, but it also helps them shine on the stage instead of being removed by other competitors.
