emperor penguins

Essay topics:

emperor penguins

The article is about unique and large species of emperor penguins. The lecture states three points that explain their unique character of them. However, the professor disagrees with each and states that these assumptions could have been correct when the article was written but now everything is changing, so these assumptions are wrong and the professor proved them so.

To begin with the article, the author states that the penguins are monogamous, remain faithful to each other for life, and every year they mate with the same partner and signal via vocal sound. However, a professor disagrees and states that this is not utterly true. She carry on her point and explained that penguins are half monogamous when there is a breeding season, they wait for their partner and when they find the same, they mate with them but if they don't find one, they mate with another. This means they are loyal 15% of the time.

The other point stated by the article is that the penguins return to the same rookery, to nest each year, and maybe they follow a different path because of ice shifting. The professor sees flaws in this point and stated that according to the university of minisode, they do not return to the rookery. To explain this the university takes them under watch via satellite and checks for 6 instances and every time they went to a place else.

The other point stated in the article is that penguins are not endangered species, the professor disagrees with this viewpoint and stated that recently penguins are considered endangered species as a number of them started to decline and could decline to one-third at the end of the century. To prove this professor explain a point favoring this change and stated that as the feeding habit is changing and said protection of them is necessary for future survival.
