Dear Mr. Singh,

Hope you are in the best of your health. I came to school last month in hope to meet you but unfortunately you were on leave that day. Sir i have a good news to share that I have received a job offer from IBM, one of the renowned company. I had been trying to get into this company since long. I shall be joining in IBM as a senior assistant in technical department from the 1st of the coming month.

I am extremely excited to join this prestigious offer. As you know I had been trying to work at this position since long, because I acquire the relevant knowledge and experience. And most importantly, as I am the sole member of my family who is earning, after the passing of my father. Hence, this opportunity with higher perks will definitely pay off in my career and life.

Sir I need a letter of reference from one of my former teachers and I could think of none but you for this. Kindly help me with this. You can write about my good behaviour and character, also mention about my academic achievements in your letter.

I will be very grateful to you for the help.

Your sincerely,

Aman virdi
