In psychology, there are two generic approaches to explain the patterns verified in human behavior. One theory maintains that the surrounding environment plays a crucial role in the individual's character, while the other points to out an inward cause. Scientific evidence can offer solid proof to support both views, however, I agree with the first because of my experience.

Parents have a deep influence over their children, which arises not only through genetics, but also their attitude towards the many aspects of life. Despite being prodigious in any field, a boy or a girl still depends on an auspicious environment to grow their skill-set. For example, in Brazil, a great number of elementary school students with high IQ levels cannot manage to make their way to university due to the poor conditions imposed by such a developing nation.

Oh the other hand, as thinking creatures, we are able to make judgements. As Jean Paul Sartre says, "Man is condemned to be free because he is the sole responsable for his decisions". Therefore,
