Hi Adex,

I hope you are doing fine today.

I have just received your letter asking for my advice to solve the problem that you have been experiencing to open the requisition due to the new system.

Well, I had encountered a similar problem with the new system earlier because I was missing a couple of fields that need to be completed with a piece of appropriate information. Therefore, it didn’t allow me to open available positions within my department. Since I have an experience of how to solve the above-mentioned issues, so I can understand your problems very well, and help you out to ease with few steps to follow. Firstly, I would like you to make sure that the field contains the information about the recruiting start date and target hire date should be filled otherwise, the system won't allow you to proceed with the requisition. Finally, the grade should be assigned to the position in the system because the system will automatically calculate the budgeted salary per the grading system. Therefore, in the absence of grade, it will show you the error, and block the request.

Please let me know if you need any more help.

Yours truly,
