Dear Mrs. Karin,
I am writing with regards to our Meriton Hotel which recently got a few negative feedback about our reception area. People say that there is not enough space to sit down and also it seems a bit unclean from the floor and the walls.
The reception area is important as it reflects the hotel overall maintenance. When people notice in the first thing that welcoming area is untidy they would not sign in and we can lose costumers due to that. Also, the area should have a welcoming and inviting sitting area for customers to relax.
I suggest buying a bigger and cozier couch and a little table with magazines for people to sit and wait. Spring cleaning should be done at least every month to leave a beautiful clean feeling. We could add even some flowers or plants to make it nicer. Hopefully, my suggestions were helpful and we could make our reception for a better place.
