Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to provide my feedback regarding the course that I am currently studying in your prestigious school.

I did submit my application and got admission in the course of effective negotiation skills which was designed for executive professionals. At the time of application, I was informed by your admission staff that the course would consist of total 5 classes over the weekend due to busy schedule of the professionals, and each class would have a one on one demo interview to implement the bookish knowledge into a practical environment to know the real impact of the above-mentioned course. Nevertheless, I have attended three classes as of now, but the instructor didn’t arrange a demo interview that was communicated at the start of the course; therefore, I couldn’t able to determine the real value of this course. In addition, it was agreed that the classes would be held during the off days of the week; however, the school did schedule the recent class in the working day due to non-availability of the instructor, and they didn’t notify to me for the new schedule, as a result, I couldn’t able to attend it.

In the end, I would appreciate it if you could please check with the staff members why the practical interviews are not being held yet, and restrict them to inform of any change in schedule to the members of the class via phone, so they won't miss any lecture in future.
