Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Pallavi and I am the regular customer of your restaurant, "The Great Indian Place", situated in Irving. I used to visit this restaurant for every family occasion and birthday celebrations.

Recently I visited this place two days back (on1st March '18) for the 3rd birthday celebration of my daughter. This time the buffet service is turned me upset because it was not up to mark as our expectation. The food in the buffet is not warm and delicious. While we complain to the front desk about the services and taste, we were not getting the satisfied response. As they told me they hired a new cook recently so it may be the change of taste but it was not convincing to us. For the cold food, they told they need to replace the warmer shortly. I can understand the warmer problem but overall these all issues ruined my party enjoyment.

I am requesting you to consider the issue and collect more feedback on cook service as it can impact the reputation of the restaurant and the equipment handling should be taken before any customer complaint.

I am looking forward any action from your side towards my complaint.

Yours faithfully,
Pallavi
