Some people like to keep a record of their own experiences by uploading pictures and other information to social-networking sites. Other people prefer not to create such records. Which approach do you prefer, and why? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Accessing the Internet and using social media applications are the most important pillars of each society in today's world. Due to the fact, we live in a fast-speed world, every decision that we make has some consequences. Although, using social media makes our lives more easier and agreeable, there are some criticisms of it. A controversial question that is often raised regarded to this issue is whether people should upload their personal pictures and other information to social networking, or they should keep them private. Some people possess that conviction that the former is more amiable whereas others hold exactly that the latter has a more chance of safety. I am personally content that this issue is multifaceted. I think new technology sometimes makes our lives hard. So I prefer to secondly approach. To substantiate my point of view, the following paragraphs represent a cursory glance at the most outstanding reasons.
The first reason coming to mind elucidating outpointing is that hackers and virtual thiefa are more rather than past. They spend more time on social media to get normal people in trouble and trapped. Thus, for our safety and security, it is important that we don't act unconscious and emotionally . Uploading family gathering or personal information on public sites or even on private pages have negative consequences. These photos and information are stored in the application's databases and if some hackers attack them, they can steal them.
The second rationale behind this opinion is rooted in the fact that sharing personal photos are boring for other people who are in our network. Some people have a lot of problems and when they see these kinds of a picture they think that there are no problems in other people's lives and this thought makes them more upset and dreary. Consider my personal experience to make this point more clear. I used Instagram a lot. I was addicted to it. I followed celebrities and famous artists. I have always seen that they posted their high-luxury lives to others and their family gathering which contained several huge foods and desserts. After that, I compared my personal life with theirs and felt depressed. I know now, this phenomenon call slice of life and it is not all true of their lives.
In brief, due to the aforementioned reasons, I prefer to keep my images on my album or hang them on the wall, instead of sharing them on social medial applications.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
