Thank you for inviting me for the interview being held at your college on April 15th at 11:30 am. I am writing to apologize for not being able to attend interview at scheduled time because of an important business meeting.
Apparently, I have a Client meeting scheduled in first half on the same day. Therefore, I need to attend that meeting undeniably. As, I play a significant role in my team, it is a necessity to be available at that slot. Likewise, the course for which I have registered is also essential for me to support my career.
Although, both are crucial to me, I hope that I could adjust my time accordingly. If it is acceptable from your end for postponing the discussion to 1:00 pm on the same day or at any convenient time after this hours.
I would be grateful to attend interview on scheduled day or else, the following day. Moreover, I want to know how long the discussion will last for and is there any written test prior to discussion. For how many rounds the result will be finalized.
Could you please update me on this at the earliest so that I will plan my day accordingly.
