Explain what the company could do to help you

Say how the course will be useful for your job

Dear Sir,

I work in XYZ project and reports to you. This is a request for attending a AI training next week on behalf of the company . I am writing this letter to insist you to nominate my name for this program. I will explain in detail how this training impact the work we do here.

The training is a 3 day workshop on AI led by IIT Alma mater MR. Robin , He is a senior executive in google. The workshop focus on how neural network helps us unwind the algorithm in problem solving. The program also provides a open source software that will help us have hands-on experience on the basics of problem solving.

The workshop is conducted in Delhi, But we don’t need to travel there , All I need to do is register for the workshop online. The web-ex link to attend the training would be given once we complete the registration. The registration cost is $250 , I would be quite happy if the expenses can be reimbursed. Also please make arrangements in our team to manage my absence for the 3 days.

The training will help me understand how the algorithm is being implemented and we can replicate the same in our system to resolve open issues. The hands-on experience could also be shared among our peers. This will help us reduce the open issues count to minimum in a short span. Awaiting your response.

Yours Truly,

Balaprasanth P
