Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Today, people use social media more than in the past, this is because they have access to the Internet anywhere and anytime. Due to social medias' features, people are able to upload their pictures and write their experiences. Although, some people are not interested in sharing their pictures, others prefer to do that. I, personally, prefer to share my experiences and pictures. I feel this way for two main reasons, which I will explain in the following paragraphs.
First of all, we can keep our memories, by recording them on our social media. In the past, people wrote their experiences on paper and printed their photos, but they did rarely because they did not have access to printers and paper all the time and in all places. These days, people are able to write their experiences and save their pictures on social networking sites and keep their memories for a long time. For example, today, people use Instagram, so they can upload their pictures and write about them. Subsequently, they can read their notes and see their pictures, which are memorable, moreover by checking them, they can remember all enjoyable senses and feel good.
Secondly, people can share their experiences, which can be helpful to others. People have different experiences, and they can use each others' experiences. This is very beneficial, as it can prevent wasting their time, and help them to decide in their personal life successfully. For instance, during my education in the university, I was an exchange student for two semesters in another university. I decided to write about my experiences and share my photos on my Instagram. This is not only specific memory of my education but also helping others. Some students in my university could apply to another university as exchange students. Consequently, I could help other students to be exchange students, therefore I believe that sharing my experience was beneficial for others, who were interested in being an exchange student.
In conclusion, I prefer to share my experiences by uploading pictures. Since, by sharing my experiences and pictures, I can save my memories durable, which are valuable to me. In addition, other people can use my experiences, and I can use their experiences, so we can help each other in our decisions, indirectly.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
