Some people like to keep a record of their own experiences by uploading pictures and other information to social-networking sites. Other people prefer not to create such records. Which approach do you prefer, and why? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
In this day and large, technology has been improving, and a vast portion of people is using social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Tweeter, etc. which enables them to put their photos and videos on them. Many people opine to make a record of their life by uploading them in media, while others have a controversial viewpoint. I prefer to take records of my daily life, and I feel this way for two reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.
To begin with, taking records of experiences on social media would be a reminder to me about the fact that life is going on. There is no denying that life is fulfilled by various feelings and experiences, which come to people and may cause them to feel numerous emotions. Additionally, social networking can remind people what they had posted years before, while people have another feeling now. My own experience demonstrates this concept. Four years ago, I had broken up with my boyfriend, time was passing hard for me, and life was a disaster. I could not imagine living without him. I had posted many sad pictures and had written unhappy captions. Following that, my life has changed, and I forgot those awful feelings, by the way, this year, Instagram has reminded me of those posts and text, which shows me the feelings and emotions are not stable and life is passing. The more reviewing past posts and captions, the more peace people can find in their life by realizing that nothing is permanent.
Moreover, sharing life experiences throughout network sites will help people to profit from each other's experiments. As an illustration, life is too short, and there is not enough time to try everything individually, so using others' experiences will show people their way and help them to distinguish their path and approach. Accordingly, should people share their life throughout the networking applications, many more people can utilize and educate from them. For instance, my sister is following many bloggers and YouTubers in her network accounts, and she learns many things from them. One day, she confronted with a stranger who wanted to fool her. Fortunately, one of the bloggers she was following had talked about these situations before, and my sister managed that. If she had not watched that video before, she would have stocked in an unpleasant situation.
By considering all the previously mentioned information, I prefer to use social network sites to upload my data, not only it works as a reminder of my past feelings, but also, I can get much information about others' experiences. I hope many more people try to benefit from social media and be more satisfied with their lives.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
